The city is in the process of preparing our 2024 Consolidated Action Plan for Housing and Community Development. This plan dictates how the federal funds that the city receives for the purpose of neighborhood housing, emergency and special needs housing, and community and economic development, will be allocated. The city is hosting a community needs meeting on Thurs. July 11 from 6-8pm at 37 N. High St. Presentations will be made by City staff to provide an overview of current programs including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Program and Emergency Solutions Grant Program. The greater part of the meeting, however, will be devoted to comments and suggestions made by community leaders and citizens.
