BP2024-12-08 explained as an ungrade to the aging HVAC system. Board approves BP2024-12-09 unanimously approved BP2024-12-10 3 action items for construction of Airfield Maintenance Buildings. No discussion. Unanimously approved

Next up is the Board of Directors report. Highlights and praises were given to exemplary employees. Also mentioned the airport's first naturalization ceremony took place last month presided over by Jane E. Magnus-Stinson.
