Rosemarie Dominguez, Community Engagement and Bahena are discussing the possibilities for target outreach. The timeline for outreach is to begin around September/October of this year.

“The young man who is in the hospital, the family has a gofundme,” Smith said. Smith goes onto say that the mother of Marjay Dotson [says that] she wants the community to show up in court to ensure that the lifeguard is prosecuted.
